I applied through an employee referral. The process took 6 days. I interviewed at Insight Global (Fort Lauderdale, FL) in Apr 2011
Interview
The phone screen is basically digging into your personal life and what activities you were involved with during college. They just want to know that you are likable and fun. You need zero work experience to get the job. Then you have an in-person with the SM to make sure the people skills and decent professionalism are there. Last is a lunch meeting and if you're being seriously considered you'll go into the pit to meet the office before they offer you the Job on the spot. Literally they just require you have an awesome personality!
I applied through a recruiter. I interviewed at Insight Global (Vancouver, BC)
Interview
They reached out to me. Great communication and straightforward process: 3 rounds of interviews including one screening call, one interview and an in person interview and shadowing day in office.
Two rounds of interviews to see whether or not you’re a good fit - translation if they can boss you around and make you do things beyond the job description
3 round interview process. 2 remote and the last one was onsite at the ATL HQ. They were friendly, I had a good time, but ultimately didn’t get the job
