Interview
Was contacted by an internal recruiter on Linked In. Scheduled a phone call to go over position then was offered a first interview on site. Felt that went well after speaking with three employees. Was contacted next day to schedule final interview then was told I would be contacted a couple days after that. Recruiter never got back to me which is absurd/lazy since that is his job.

They reached out to me. Great communication and straightforward process: 3 rounds of interviews including one screening call, one interview and an in person interview and shadowing day in office.
Two rounds of interviews to see whether or not you’re a good fit - translation if they can boss you around and make you do things beyond the job description
3 round interview process. 2 remote and the last one was onsite at the ATL HQ. They were friendly, I had a good time, but ultimately didn’t get the job
