Was a decent amount of interviews over 2-3 weeks, I believe it’s a 3-4 step interview process. Very honest on all the steps, and progress. Always helpful on future opportunities as well

What kind of role I was looking for? Why recruiting?
Unprofessional! Recruiter didn't want to turn on her camera during the interview. I didn't take it serious and shut down the interview before it began. Always remember your time needs to be respected.

Interview
Normal interview process. Screening, then moved on to two additional interviews. However, poor communication and constantly rescheduling last minute by the recruiters or lack of communication . Then no follow once I had the final interview. I had to check-in and they chose another candidate.

It was super easy and my interviewer was very nice. She made the conversation really easy and told me I would hear back in a few days if I’m moved forward.
