It was fairly easy. I applied, recruiter contacted me, and interview was set up. Met with corp recruiter, interviewed with two departments. I thought they went well, and interviewers said they had no reservations with hiring me. However, I received no call back and didn't hear from recruiter after reaching out multiple times although it was extremely easy to get in contact with her prior to interview. The company doesn't seem very diverse in culture.

Very welcoming. You meet with multiple people from different departments so they can feel you out and see if you would be a good fit for one of those departments. They are also super laid back and make you feel at ease during the interview.
