I was reached out to by an internal recruiter via LinkedIn. She sent me an email and then we spoke on the phone. She preps you for your in-person interview at the office, (tells you what to say, to research the company, and things of that nature) *Was also told to wear heels "Nobody wears wedges." I went to the office, waited over an hour for the sales manager to come out and she interviewed me, then I had three sales managers come out and ask me questions. Basically what school you went to, why you want to work there, were you in greek life, were you an athlete, etc. It's a very social interview, you are just talking about what you like to do... they are trying to see if you fit their culture.
