The TA I worked with throughout the interview process was excellent. Out of all the places I was applying and interviewing at the time, I easily had my most engaging conversation with her.
I will say that there were several rounds, but each conversation was more productive than the last and I feel like I had no doubts by the end that this was going to be the job for me.
Pros:
- Gave me everything that I needed to be successful in interviews including what to prepare, research, manager interview style, etc.
- Process moved quickly - start to finish was like 2 weeks
Cons:
- Multiple rounds, for an entry level role - being on the other side, I completely get it but could be a deterring factor for some people.

They reached out to me. Great communication and straightforward process: 3 rounds of interviews including one screening call, one interview and an in person interview and shadowing day in office.
Two rounds of interviews to see whether or not you’re a good fit - translation if they can boss you around and make you do things beyond the job description
3 round interview process. 2 remote and the last one was onsite at the ATL HQ. They were friendly, I had a good time, but ultimately didn’t get the job
