It went great! Very easy going and wasn't intimidating. Very conversational and didn't feel too formal while still being very professional. They seem to be hiring outgoing people that are passionate about working in a team environment.

My 1st round interview lasted around 2 hours. I spoke with three people (one at a time) from different departments within operations. The interview was very conversational, and the staff that I spoke with were amiable. Even though this was a back office job, the interview was still very conversational. They just want to make sure you would still fit in well with the company as a whole. They did ask what you specifically wanted to do and if it goes well you will talk to multiple people.
