I applied through an employee referral. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at Insight Global (Austin, TX) in Feb 2016
Interview
My information was given to a recruiter by an employee I know, and she contacted me about 5 days later for a quick phone screening. After talking for about 30 minutes on the phone she set up an in person interview for me in Austin, Texas. The in person interview was very informal, more of a conversational "get to know you" type interview. I interviewed with 3 individuals, each of which were extremely friendly, but didn't really ask me many questions about myself. They don't care about your qualifications, your resume will simply get you in the door. They made that very clear during the interview. They mostly care about whether or not you are personable and can really hold a conversation. I went into the interview knowing the company was very fraternity/sorority like, and that it would almost be like rushing. I did not expect, however for them to ask me such unprofessional questions. I know they are looking for extremely Type A, party type personalities, but I was shocked at how little they cared about experience or work ethic. They are looking for people that will go out and party with them.

Interview
They reached out to me. Great communication and straightforward process: 3 rounds of interviews including one screening call, one interview and an in person interview and shadowing day in office.
Two rounds of interviews to see whether or not you’re a good fit - translation if they can boss you around and make you do things beyond the job description
3 round interview process. 2 remote and the last one was onsite at the ATL HQ. They were friendly, I had a good time, but ultimately didn’t get the job
