Insight Global Customer Service Representative (CSR) interview questions

A recruiter found me on LinkedIn and wanted to set up a phone interview. I was not crazy about a sales position but I accepted. The phone interview was more like a conversation, and a follow-up on-campus interview lasted less than 10 minutes. They don't really want to know about your skills or experience; they're looking for bubbly people who can chat. I was really turned off by their office environment when I went to Baltimore for their in-person interview. They definitely have a "type" (think young, attractive, trendy, mainly white). They were very disorganized and didn't have the right people there to interview me. No one really seemed to care, and one girl told me her degree was "bullsh*t" (direct quote). If you didn't really do much in college and you're just looking for a full time job, this might be a good fit. Otherwise, I would say no.
