First was a written test which took lot of time as it was very difficult once. Face to face was of no difference and the one of the interviewer was so serious and not comfortable.

The process begins with a phone interview introduction and a few questions regarding your expertise. If you show interest in the position your resume will be forwarded to an account manager where they will give a more detailed description of the job's day to day task. They are looking for mostly enthusiasm and ability to describe yourself in the role you are applying for based on your experiences. Overall the interview process was smooth and instructional.
