It would have been good if they didn't Ghost candidates. They don't send the sorry we moved on with other candidates, they leave you hanging. They also underpay for the position

Six rounds of interviews from legal to Customer Success. Was offered the position and during the negotiation process, they rescinded the offer abruptly saying they were doing budget cuts. Interestingly enough, one of the people who interviewed me stopped working there shortly after, so they are now hiring for their role.

It seemed pretty superficial considering he thought I applied only for the external factors. I believed that he truly does not represent the culture of Instawork, I dodged a bullet with this role.
