I interviewed at Intel Corporation (Hillsboro, OR)
Interview
The process went for about 4 months. I received an email from the recruiter saying that my profile had matched with one of their openings and they wanted to set up a phone interview. The phone interview was with one of the senior team members and went for 40min. It covered normal behavioral questions and basic electrical engineering questions.
After a week I got an email that they wanted me to come for an on-site interview. The interview was from 8am-4pm which included 2hrs of lunch interview and plant tour. I had 1 hour with each of the senior team members. Again it was behavioral and situational questions. They wanted to know more about my past experiences with projects and internships. Everyone was very friendly and explained me everything about the team and the work profile. They also answered all my queries related to the job profile, place and company benefits. I got an offer after 5 weeks and joined a month later.
