Recruiter reached out to me about this job and I willingly responded that I was interested. After an hour personality quiz, 5 interviews, I was completely ghosted. Didn’t even get responses back about candidacy status emails/correspondence - nothing. Companies should at least let you know something after a person takes time to meet with them repeatedly. Got me thinking twice now about these recruiters who are only meeting with folks to fill their “quota”.
