After each time I had to follow up with the recruiter to keep informed of the process. They went above and beyond to make you feel hopeful about getting the job just to promote from within. I had to reach out to them about not getting the job since they ghosted me after the 2nd interview.

Recruiter reached out to me about this job and I willingly responded that I was interested. After an hour personality quiz, 5 interviews, I was completely ghosted. Didn’t even get responses back about candidacy status emails/correspondence - nothing. Companies should at least let you know something after a person takes time to meet with them repeatedly. Got me thinking twice now about these recruiters who are only meeting with folks to fill their “quota”.
