I applied through other source. I interviewed at Intermountain Health (Murray, UT) in Mar 2016
Interview
I reached out to one of the physicians in the research department. He invited me to meet with him and the research services manager. I was told that there was no funding for the position initially, and then later I was told that I would need to submit an application for a posting. I did so and was interviewed twice before receiving the final offer. The compensation was somewhat lower than what I requested.

Question 1
How would you resolve a conflict with a co-worker?
I applied online. The process took 1+ week. I interviewed at Intermountain Health in Feb 2010
Interview
The interviewers are very professional. This department in particular is very serious about who they hire. The entire hiring process at this level is comparable to that of other companies at a relatively entry-level position. They prefer bachelors level education. If you don't meet the minimum qualification, don't even try to apply. The automated system will kick your application out before it is even seen by anyone.
