Manager was very thorough and considerate about my understanding of the position and qualifications they were seeking. Kept an ongoing conversation and expressed my abilities in detail and they further asked questions to add on. Were all ears and very mindful of my responses.

Interview
I was told that I didn’t have experience even though my resume states I have at least three years of experience related to the job that I applied to. My guess is the recruiter ignored applications and hired a friend because she wouldn’t reach out to me personally or by email after I attempted to contact her multiple times. I was informed of my lack of experience by the main recruiting office and they apologized for her behavior.
I applied online. The process took 6 weeks. I interviewed at Intermountain Health (Salt Lake City, UT) in Jul 2025
Interview
The process took about 5 weeks to hear back, but after I got an interview scheduled, everything else was really fast. I got offered the position right on the spot, got the offer letter same day, and started the onboarding process that evening.
The interview was with a supervisor and another PSR. The interview consisted of standard interview questions such as strengths/weaknesses, etc. They asked about availability and comfort level with different software. There were a few scheduling specific questions as well.
