Interview
Application submission to start date took about a month. The company moved surprisingly fast with their hiring process.
Three rounds of interviews within the same week. Initial 30 minute phone screen with a recruiter to discuss the position. Second 30 minute phone interview the next day with the team lead to discuss your resume/past experience. Final round took an hour & was over zoom with two senior members of the team. They asked mostly behavioral/team based questions since the position is highly team based. The final round took place two days after the second round.
The recruiter got back to me with positive feedback from the team two days after the final interview. An offer was extended the next day.
Carefully reviewed my application and communicated work expectation during the interview. Asked varying technical and soft skill questions. Explained work conditions and scheduling. I met more than one member of the team.

Interview process was long as I had to interview with a lot of people: the recruiter, the accessioning operations lead, and several accessioning leads with acessioners. Interview included standard interview questions and straight forward.

How did you deal with a difficult situation in you last job?
Really long interview process, did it 3 times, with the last one lasting 1h30.... It was nice and professional but felt a bit much for an entry level position. They are quick to respond to let you know if you got in or not.
