The whole interviewing process was within a 1-week period (of course, depends on your availability). First is a phone call with a recruiter that lasts about 15 mins, asking why you’re applying, your pay preference, your experience, etc.
Second is a zoom call with a team lead (they ask you to reserve 30 mins for the interview but mine was around 15-20). They get more in depth about who you are, your work experience, and team dynamics. They ask about the culture page in their website and will ask you about their tenets.
Third is a 1hr 45m zoom call with several members of the team. They divided it by two people at a time (30 mins with two people, 30 mins with another, 15 min break, then 30 mins with the two last two). They all asked similar questions but mainly focused on team dynamics, which tenets of theirs you connect with, past work experience, and your personality. At the end of the interview, they ask if you have any questions for them. This is a great opportunity to ask them personal questions about the company and what their experience is like
Recruiter then calls you for an update - mine was two days after my zoom conference call.
