1. Applied and received a text from recruiter to schedule screen.
2. Phone screen lasted less than 20 minutes. I was told info will be pass on and I’ll hear back if manager is interested.
3. Few days later received another text to schedule in person interview.
4. Interview lasted maybe 30-40 minutes with a panel of 4. One person asked questions about how I would handle this or that call as if I knew their rules and guidelines. While another decided to through in “trick” (his words not mine) questions. “To see how I would respond.” He seems to discourage me from the position. Increasing the number of phone calls on a daily basis. Nobody takes 500 calls a day.
5. They brought in the operations manager to go over benefits blah blah blah. They said I would hear back and I haven’t as of yet. The lady that was texting me suddenly can’t respond. I see they reposted the position which is just fine by me.
My resume clearly stating that I am a realtor that works for a new construction builder. So I’m not sure why they insisted on asking me questions about leasing homes. My clients buy homes not rent them. I mean, I can’t imagine it being a difficult thing to learn but I was offered another job with a better company. Their loss not mine.
