I wasnt formally interviewed as a temp. Basically my staffing agency told them about me, and they hired me pretty quickly. I went there, wasnt interviewed at all, and they told me what they expect from me, and I did it. I probably exceeded expectations by fixing things that werent working properly, and fixing a huge data mess that was left for me by the previous temp. Either way, as a temp, dont expect even an interview, basically if you can do the job, do it until they tell you that you are no longer needed.
