Systematic initial interview setup. It was pretty smooth all things considered. After I got on the phone with the recruiter I felt like I was being sold something I did not need. During the whole call, even though I had direct experience with what they needed, the recruiter was aiming for me to say no I wasn't able to do the job. It was really weird and ended after I said my salary range (130k to 160k). They said they would only be willing to do 115k maybe and was already pushing me to say no. I said something along the lines, "well, have a great rest of your day." Honestly, don't waste your time with this company. Sounded like they had no culture, no diversity and no common sense on the recruiting side at least.
