Interview
Very Brief - no longer than 15 minutes. Was interviewed by two store managers. Asked about my previous experience in retail. Wanted to know available work schedule and I was going to take any vacations during employment period.
Easy. 5 minutes or less and 3 questions tops. As long as you have experience with speaking to customers and handling relationships with co-workers you're good. Many people quit quickly but if you enjoy your space enough - a lot of people used J.Crew as a second job for the weekend or after their day job, they'd work a 5-9pm.
