Called a few days after the application was submitted. Asked me to come in for an interview, which was held in the middle of the store. Called me the same day with an offer.
Easy interview! Asked about personal skills, prior experience. They really try to get to know who you are as a person to evaluate whether you will be a good fit in the store.

It was really simple. WE walked out into a more public area of the mall to sit down at a table together and just went over things like my school experience and work ethic
