Honestly one of the best interview experiences I've ever had and I've been in over 20 interviews the past two years. I applied through LinkedIn and got an email from HR to schedule a phone screening a few days after. Very straightforward. And about a week and a half later, HR followed up to schedule an onsite interview with the whole team. I first met with the HR person I've been in contact with, the hiring manager and each individual from the team that I was applying to join. I loved it! I loved learning about the team and each person on the team and getting to know each person more. I never went into an interview getting to meet everyone in one day, which especially for people who are already in a full time position and have to take time off from work to come in, makes it so much easier. Even though I didn't get an offer I'm still able to say I love how they do things at J Crew!
