I applied online. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at J. Crew (Miami Beach, FL) in Nov 2018
Interview
I passes for two interviews with the two managers of the store. They asked me if i have experience, at what time im available and they explained how works the job, you need to do everything, unbox stuff, register, clean the store, be available to go to shifts early morning to unbox things... and they asked me how much im looking for be paid.
I filled out an application, a day later I received a call from the hiring manager. We scheduled an in person interview, it was super chill. They offered me the position right away, I told them that I will give 24 hrs to respond. I chose not to take the position due to personal matters.
I walked in the store and asked for an interview and a few days alter I met with the store director one-on-one after getting a phone call. Then I was asked questions about my availability and I was hired. They seemed to think I was a good fit, I had dressed up well and J.Crew clothing, so I was hired quickly.
