I applied online. I interviewed at J. Crew in Nov 2018
Interview
Consisted of an online application and then a 30 minute phone interview. They interviewed me then never contacted me again, but said I should hear back either way. The lady on the phone was friendly and very nice, but the interview questions were definitely difficult and more fashion-based than behavioral/business-based. Make sure you know the brand (J.Crew and Madewell) and know the products in the store.

There was an initial phone screen with a recruiter and then another interview before a last behavioral interview with who I would report too with some situational questions. The process was a little longer and did take over a month
smooth process of recruitment and gorgeous talks to managers. Exciting process that enriched my personal skillset. I recommend everybody to get a talk there to improve your cultural knowledge of the company.

Was an easy process. Phone call with HR and then team. Had to keep pushing for an answer, but ultimately got through and got the job. Not a berry difficult interview, was pretty straight forward.
