The first round was an initial screening over the phone (resume walkthrough). The recruiter did not allow to me to finish speaking stating that he had understood my experience and he had more interviews inline. Within a matter of hours I got a reject reason being I did not have much experience in field. Had he listened to what I had to say, I guess it would have been a different story.
