Interviewed over the phone with District Manager. We talked for about 30 minutes. I was asked the usual questions about my availability, ability to meet KPI's, and recruiting, training, and coaching a team of employees.

Interview
The recruiter was great, knowledgeable about the company and a pleasure to speak with. The two hiring managers both spoke positive about the company and role. Both were very transparent with current challenges as well.
