Phone interview. Friendly enough and offered second in person interview. Moved onto in person interview and was offered job on the spot with immediate start date. I’m not sure what else to say.
Very laid back and customer service focused. Asked a lot of behavioral questions and had many scenarios of possible situations that would happen with customers who are upset or request to speak to manager
Questions about prior experience and leadership positions. Explained using STAR method to answer experiential questions. Drilled on resume specific experiences and skillset. Polite and quick process but be thorough with explanations.
