I came to the counter and said I was there for an interview; I was offered a cup and got a drink, then sat at a table in the lobby. 25+ minutes later a manager comes out and conducts a typical interview--nothing special or difficult.

Normal interview not too unusual. People were friendly and interested in ensuring I was a good fit. Took about 15 minutes including questions about my background, previous work experience, interests and why I was interested in the company

Good friendly environment seems like a great place to work it's busy the interviewer left a few times because it was in the middle of lunch rush and a few people didn't show up for work that day so she had to help the team members catch up since there was only three people. The GM really seems to like her franchise and will work just as hard if not harder as the crew instead of sitting in an AC office away from everyone
