3 round process. first is phone interview with hiring manager, second is in person with same hiring manager. final round is a panel of executives essentially looking for someone to add to their team

Took them over 2 weeks to finally set up an interview after initial contact. Initial interview was via phone. In person interview was with a group of 4 people. They went over the job requirements then asked me to go through my background. Questions came from all 4 people at random intervals.
