Took them over 2 weeks to finally set up an interview after initial contact. Initial interview was via phone. In person interview was with a group of 4 people. They went over the job requirements then asked me to go through my background. Questions came from all 4 people at random intervals.

7 different interviews and a job shadow with multiple levels, from recruiter to VP. Everyone was very nice and welcoming. I interviewed for a "entry level position", but was told they went in another direction with someone with more recruiting experience.
