I applied online. The process took 2 months. I interviewed at Jackson Lewis (Dallas, TX) in Jan 2023
Interview
Was promised the job then brought back in for several more interviews only to be told that I "didn't seem excited to work there." The recruiter/HR person was worthless and had no idea how to do her job well. When I said I was displeased with being offered the job then being brought back in 4 more times (for which I had to take PTO) only for the job to be rescinded, she became very rude
I applied online. I interviewed at Jackson Lewis (New York, NY)
Interview
Interview process is good and thorough. The company really looks into your background to make sure you are an adequate candidate and fit for the company culture which is ideal.
I interviewed at Jackson Lewis (San Francisco, CA)
Interview
Three interview rounds. Two remote, final in person. Everyone was friendly. Ultimately did not get an offer. In part due to lack of sufficient employment law experience, but also the competitive nature of the market at the time.

Question 1
Past litigation experience generally, and also heavily specific to employment law.
After I interviewed with several associates, I then interviewed with partner. He constantly interrupted me, so I blew the interview because I refuse to work with such a rude person.
