Screen with a recruiter. Interview with same recruiter. Interview with 2 managers/dept heads via Teams. Straight forward process. Good communication each step of the way. Organized, considerate, transparent staff. Pleased so far with info available.

Applied online, then the recruiter sent me one of those personality quizzes to take. Be sure to Google "Personality Quiz Name" ideal answers for "your position" to find answers on how best to answer them. Interview was a phone screening, then a panel interview with a few hiring managers. Figured I wasn't the one since they told me they'd let me know by the following week and I never received a follow up. Followed up 3 times with a hiring manager and each time they said they were still considering applicants. I eventually told them I'd rescind my application as they were dragging their feet for 4 weeks, even though the hiring manager said that JRIC "isn't like other companies that drag their feet when it comes to denying or providing an offer." Yea right. Accepted another Underwriting offer that paid way above what the recruiter from James River said was allotted for this position. Seems true that JRIC underpays, then. They didn't necessarily ghost me, but I know for a fact that if I didn't follow up they would not have reached back out to me. Do better, hiring managers.
