Interview
The interview process was really simple and easy. It seemed more based on how someone liked you than your skill set. Interview consisted of several short and I mean short meetings. The first was a phone screening with basic questions. If they liked you the next meeting was a round robin with members of the team. All read from pre-selected questions. If you are liked you can then meet the management.
