I applied through a recruiter. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at John Deere (Pune City) in Aug 2015
Interview
I was interviewed for a product R&D role. Three rounds of interview, one telephonic (technical) , second F2F (Technical) and Third HR (F2F). Technical interviews were around my previous work experience. Major screening happens at resume level. If your resume is shortlisted for interview and you have a decent performance in interviews, chances of getting an offer is very high. Offer letter was in mailbox on the same day when I was interviewed for F2F technical and HR rounds.
