Sent in resume and cover letter and did a video interview. Responded in about 3 days and offered me the job at the end of the interview. Interview was 1/3 behavioral, 1/3 about the company and the specific site, and 1/3 technical.

One 45 minute virtual interview with 2 electrical engineers, mix of behavioral and technical questions. Walked through resume, generic behavioral questions, good to show enthusiasm and passion, eagerness to learn. Know the Credo - patients first. Ask interviewers questions at the end
