I applied through college or university. The process took 2 days. I interviewed at Johnson & Johnson (Newark, NJ) in Oct 2014
Interview
One on campus interview. One one one for 45 minutes. All basic behavior questions and the usual tell me about yourself.
Second round interview was in NJ. They flew about 90 candidates out for 24 positions. The first day was nothing but presentations and learning about the company. They want you to know what JnJ stands for and what JnJ does. There was meet and greet with their different businesses. No one realized it, but some of the interviewers were there and it would have been a great networking opportunity. You get to learn what each company does and what a typical day is.
The second day is panel QnA with current employees and 3 interviews. Two of the interviews are case studies. They just want to see how you think and how you apply the Credo. The last interview was a behavioral one with all of the standard questions.
