I applied online. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Jones Day (Miami, FL) in Sep 2022
Interview
I was called by a recruiting manager shortly after submitting my application. She was very sweet and humble, always speaking to me with respect. Jones Day closed the job listing and decided not to hire anyone at that time, prior to my interview being scheduled. However, I appreciated how transparent the human resources department was with him, keeping me updated and considering me for future roles.
It was great, the interviewer was genuine and it wasn't too strict. The questions were quite basic, yet at the same time they expected you to be a perfect fit for the fast-paced work environment
