Interview
It was a group interview, I was called and asked to come in for an interview. When I came in the store manager was notified and I was sat around the area where there were more people waiting for interview. The store manager set the chairs up in the back and introduced himself and asked simple questions. It was a group interview. We were then told they would get back to us within the next week.
Very professional, loved the energy. I worked here back when I was in high school best job ever. Demonstrating a deep understanding of Journey's mission, values, and products/services shows that you're genuinely interested in their work. Be prepared to discuss how the company's objectives align with your own skills and career goals.
It went very smoothly, and the interviewer was very thorough when asking me the questions. The interviewer was very kind and respectful when speaking. They were very good to me.

Group interview with 4-5 other individuals. They use a public table at the mall and have everyone sit down and introduce themselves. Simple easy questions like why they should hire you, what are your favorite shoes, etc
