Applied online and was called about a week later by the Store Manager to set up an interview. The interview lasted about 30 minutes, it was very laid back and interesting. After the interview was over she said she would love to have me in her store and that I needed to take the online personality test before I would be called to set up a second interview. I took the test immediately after the interview and was called the following week to set up the second interview. I came in and waited about 15 minutes for the District Manager and Store Manager to finish attending to the customers. They then walked me to the food court where we had the interview, it was also very laid back and fun. The district manager asked simple questions about my previous jobs and what not. After the interview was over (45 minutes later) I was told that I would be called later that day as they had more interviews to conduct that day. I was called about 7 hours later by the Store Manager offering me a Sales Lead/Key Holder position and of course I accepted. Start training next week 😊
