Journeys Co-Manager interview questions

Store manager looked at my resume and asked when I could start? I told him immediately as my current company was going out of business. He asked how much I expected to get paid, and I told him. They made an offer which was significantly less than I was making but I needed a job. Knowing little about the job I accepted. I lasted less than a year until another company came along and recruited me.

The process was quick and not very thorough. I feel as if they would have hired anyone who answered their questions correctly. I wore a dress pants and a blazer to the interview and the woman who interviewed me said I was over dressed.
