Interview

They asked a series of questions by three different levels of auditors.Each approached me in a different format. First was knowledge based questions. The second and third was more so about getting to know me as well as knowing the culture. From there I waited a few days and received word of acceptance.

It was only behavioral questions. It was a back-to-back interview. Both people I talked to were very nice and made it seem more of a conversation than an interview.

The interview process has been changed and now KPMG is having back-to-back 1 hours interview (30 minutes per interviewer) on campus. Then, invite all candidates, who got an extended offer from KPMG, to the office where they applied.
