Easy phone interview to gauge motivation and to provide details about the position. On site interview was comprised of three rounds. All simple, conversational. Questions were mainly stock questions with some regarding resume and interest in the position. Don't oversell yourself.

Zunächst gab es eine Vorstellungsrunde. Es folgte die Frage, warum ich hier arbeiten möchte und was ich mir von der Stelle verspreche. Es folgte ein Austausch über die Stelle und die Beantwortung meiner Fragen. Die Gesprächspartner stellten auch einige knifflige Fragen zu meiner Motivation und meinen Fähigkeiten.

Two thirty minute interviews that were back to back. All behavioral and no technical questions. Be ready to ask questions since they leave a lot of time to converse. Usually a partner and a senior manager does the interviews. Make sure to look at their background beforehand.
