Interview
Overall I think the process was fine. I was interviewed by someone a bit more senior and someone more junior to me. In the end, I felt the process was more focussed on "do you know finance profiles and what's the structure you're used to" rather than, are you smart, analytical, do you have potential and do you get the job done. From a recruiter perspective, I don't think the right questions were asked to probe true abilities

I had a first interview with the managers for 1 hours. I was challenged on my knowledge about the job, my experiences and the way I would react to some difficult situations. Then, I've had a second interview with members of the team for 30 minutes. Both on teams.
