Similar to other finance firms. I completed the online assessment, which involved both numerical and situational questions and then was invited to the video interview stage, this stage involved a fictional project which we had to help.

Interview
It was in person with the director, and we went over mainly non-technical questions. Most of this interview would thme be going into qquestions I had for the role and any questions I had in general regarding audit, the Big 4 and accountancy
Clear and quick. Responses and communications were not delayed. Not too many rounds. Great attitudes from people interviewing and in communication. Great experience for all components and would recommend the experience.
Online assessments were followed by online assessment day, overall a good and fairly simple experience. There was a round of interviews, followed by a case study example. I spoke to general recruiters and then a more senior member of the team of the branch I applied for.
