Via Microsoft Teams - strangely enough, the case interview came before the behavioral portion. Both interviewers were really good and engaging to talk to, though the "case" portion didn't quite work in the virtual format.

The interview was well-structured and conducted directly by two consultants, with no HR present. It began with introductions and proceeded with common interview questions about my background, specific resume stations, strengths, and weaknesses. A key part of the process was a case study, which I had prepared in advance and discussed in detail during the session. The atmosphere was professional and focused, with a clear emphasis on both personal fit and analytical thinking.

Interview
Applied online and after completing a game based assessment was invited for two back to back interviews. Interviewers were super nice and friendly and asked questions about fit and some technical questions related to resume.
They were super sweet and walked me through the process. Im still going through the interview process so hopefully fingers crossed but it is pretty competitive and you have to definitely put some practice in
