The interview process at KPMG is multi-stage and comprehensive. It includes initial screenings, technical assessments, behavioral interviews, and often case study evaluations. Candidates are assessed for their technical expertise, problem-solving abilities, and alignment with KPMG's values and culture, ensuring a well-rounded evaluation.

Hiring Process was supposed to be 2 rounds of case study interviews. First round was with a director with a business case study interview. Was informed that I performed well and moved to scheduling availability for the next round. However, shortly after informing HR & the director that I had another offer on the table, KPMG informed they will not be proceeding to the next round without any explanation. After clarification, HR informed that that I was too over qualified for the position. As a candidate, I have never experienced this before, more so a reason of being over qualified. Am unsure why the screening of CV didn’t include viewing past experiences to validate that. It is more highly likely they could not/ did not want to match my other offer.
