Applied on LinkedIn. Got a call in 2 weeks and had 4 telephonic conversations and 2 onsite interview.
It was very friendly approach and a nice experience altogether. I had to fly from Minneapolis and though I was bit delayed by the flight the interview went on well without any negative comments.

Question 1
Onsite interview was more of a scenario based discussion. It was more of technical discussion session than an interview. The scenarios that were discussed were also more challenging and we were able to arrive at a solution after multiple rounds of discussion.

There were two introductory calls from recruiters followed by one phone screen and finally onsite interview in redwood city.T
Onsite panel was two hour interview with two panel teams.
The entire process was very fast.

Apex scenario based questions with respect to maps usage,Batch jobs for large data processing.
(Eg: to how to retain state across batches [implement stateful interface])
One or two sort questions with respect to comparable interface .
Was asked to white board data model of my previous apps and couple of questions off that.
