There really wasn't one at all- I was placed by a temp agency and told to show up at the company on the day I was scheduled to start. They just told me where to go and let me learn as I went on the job.

Again, they just told me to show up on the first day. This is not that surprising, it is a very bottom-heavy group and really no investment in screening new employees or training existing ones.
